Medium Density Vinyl (MDV)
Ludlow’s MDV foams are medium density PVC foam which offer a combination of wear resistance and flexibility in more challenging product environments.
Characteristics
- Closed-cell foam which seals our air, dust and moisture
- Flexible to conform to curves and most radius curves
- Good chemical resistance
- Flame retardant product which meets MVSS302
- Density range of 11 to 15 lbs/ft³
- Gauge range 040” to 3/4” (1mm to 19.05mm)
- Standard colors are black, gray or white with custom colors available upon request
- Pressure Sensitive Adhesives available
