Medium Density Vinyl (MDV)

Ludlow’s MDV foams are medium density PVC foam which  offer a combination of wear-resistance and flexibility in more challenging product environments.

• Closed-cell foam which seals our air, dust and moisture
• Flexible to conform to curves and most radius curves
• Good chemical resistance
• Flame retardant product which meets MVSS302
• Density range of  11# and 15#
• Gauge range 1/16” to ¾”
• Colors are black and gray, with special colors available upon request
• Pressure Sensitive Adhesives available
